COLEAMBALLY
SOLAR FARM

The Coleambally Solar Farm is a 150 MW DC project located near Coleambally NSW

The project, built by Tranex - Australia's most trusted solar contractor, is supported by both ARENA and the New South Wales Government.

Tranex were awarded this project by Bouygues Construction, following our exemplary performance on the Hamilton Solar Farm project. Tranex completed both projects safely and on – or ahead of schedule.

The Coleambally Solar Farm (developed by Neoen) consists of 3465 Array Technologies DuraTrack® single-axis trackers and 307,098 PV modules

The Coleambally Solar Farm will generate approximately 380,000 megawatt hours (MWh) of clean, renewable electricity into the national power grid each year, thereby making a major contribution to Australia’s greenhouse gas reductions. This reduction will be equivalent to taking either 90,000 cars off the road or planting 530,000 trees, producing enough electricity to power approximately 52,000 homes with renewable energy.

Tranex remains the most trusted solar contractor in Australia, known for completing every project we have started.
