At Tranex Solar we pride ourselves on being able to take responsibility for every related aspect of the mechanical installation of solar farms. When it comes to difficult and rock-laden ground conditions our approach is no different.

 

Tranex Solar has its own rock drilling capability, whether we are drilling through solid bedrock such as Granite or Basalt or drilling through layered Calcrete our machine will drill quickly and efficiently to allow us to backfill with Stabilised Sand, Concrete or Compacted Spoil and drive the pile to design depth.

With our Fleet of Specialist Rock Drilling Machinery, we can drill up to a depth of 3000mm deep with a diameter of 250mm and depending on what drilling conditions are encountered we can achieve anywhere from 80-200 holes per day.
