The Kadina Solar Farm is a 6.4 MW DC project located near Kadina SA, developed and managed by Green Gold Energy.

Due to very difficult ground conditions, Tranex Solar Pty Ltd were engaged to complete the Pre-Drilling and Piling scope on the Kadina Solar Farm consisting of 2,281 piles.

The Kadina Solar Farm will generate approximately 20,600 megawatt hours (MWh) per annum of clean, renewable electricity, thereby making a major contribution to Australia’s greenhouse gas reductions. This reduction will be equivalent to taking either 5,700 cars off the road or planting 3,500 trees, producing enough electricity to power approximately 4,400 homes with renewable energy.
